Deven, the welcome and the flavours of Mauritius

At Les Marmites du Monde, you are welcomed by the person who runs the place day to day. Deven takes the time to explain the dishes, to guide those who don't yet know Mauritian cuisine and to tailor his advice to each guest's taste.

Everything is prepared on the premises: curries, rougailles, biryanis, sauces and desserts. It's this work in the kitchen that gives the dishes their character and generosity.

Alongside the Mauritian specialities, the menu also offers more classic dishes, prepared with the same care.

The restaurant is part of the landscape of Place Saint-Boniface, one of the liveliest corners of Ixelles. Guests come here for a quick lunch, a relaxed dinner or a meal with several people.
