Group or event enquiry: first name, last name, company if applicable, email, phone, preferred date and time, number of guests, type of event, indicative budget, dietary preferences, allergies reported and free-text message.

Online table booking: the data entered in the Bizzybook module (name, email, phone, date, time, number of guests, remarks).

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, in the host's security logs and — only with your consent — in audience measurement.

Allergies and dietary preferences you share with us may reveal information about your health or beliefs: they are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent, for the sole purpose of adapting your meal, and never for any other purpose.

Handling your booking or group enquiry and replying to you: performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Adapting a dish to an allergy or diet: your explicit consent (art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Site audience measurement: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.

Site security and abuse prevention: the publisher's legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Accounting and tax obligations for invoiced services: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your data is accessible to the manager and the restaurant staff in charge of bookings. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.

We use processors acting on our instructions and bound by an agreement compliant with article 28 GDPR: the online booking module provider (Bizzybook), the host of the site and of the enquiry database, and the service sending confirmation emails. Google services (business profile, reviews, directions) act as independent controllers when you use them.

Data is hosted in the European Union. Should a processor need to transfer data outside the EEA, such transfer would be covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Group and event enquiries: 24 months after the last exchange, unless a contract is concluded.

Table bookings: as long as needed for the service, then a maximum of 12 months to handle cancellations and disputes.

Accounting records linked to invoicing: 7 years, pursuant to the Belgian VAT Code.

Proof of cookie consent: 6 months. Technical logs: 12 months maximum.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to stored enquiries is restricted and protected by authentication; only staff who need the data to handle your request can see it.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time, as well as the right to withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. No fully automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

This site is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. A booking for a minor must be made by a responsible adult.
